We plan our events on several levels:

Weekly Monthly Quarterly Yearly

Mostly, the Earthsave Louisville board initiates programming that cycles on a monthly basis and that doesn't require much complex relationship development. "Just do it" is our motto, and the message will come across.

That being said, the virtues of planning things out far in advance are legion. If you have a give for project planning and management, then contact us.
